A new study shws that the increased heat frm Arctic(北极的) rivers is making sea ice in the Arctic Ocean gradually disappear. The study published this week in Science Advance was led by the Japan Agency fr Marine-Earth Science and Technlgy, tgether with ther scientists in the United States, United Arab Emi rates, Finland and Canada.
Accrding t the research, the main Arctic rivers bring mre heat t the Arctic Ocean than they did in 1980. River heat is ne f the reasns that cause sea ice lss f the Arctic Ocean. Rivers have the greatest influence during spring. The wanning water purs int the ice cvered Arctic Ocean and spreads belw the ice, slwly destrying at. Once the sea ice melts(融化), the warm water makes the temperature g up. The research fund that much mre river heat energy entered the air. Since air is mbile, this means river heat can influence areas f the Arctic far frm river deltas(三角洲).
The influence was the mst prminent in the Siberian Arctic, where several large rivers g int the Arctic Ocean. Canada’s Mackenzie River is the nly river large enugh t cntribute t sea ice melt near Alaska, but the state’s smaller rivers are als a surce f heat.

Recently, Lenard Mattiazzi tested the Infinity treadmill. Mattiazzi said he had a strng feeling t actually get running and d smething that-pushed his limits. He said the experience was mre interesting than running inside the gym withut actually ging anywhere.
Cnstam nted that a lt f VR experiences cause mtin sickness(晕动病) because peple are. in mtin during the game, but nt mving in real life. But when the user is mving n the treadmill and in the game the chances f mtin sickness are reduced. She said there is generally a learning curve fr VR. Fr lts f kids, tddlerhd(幼儿期) is an imprtant time fr friendship. Studies shw that the earlier kids learn t frm psitive relatinships, the better they are at relating t thers as teenagers and adults. When yur child shares r shws empathy(同理心) tward a friend, praise him(“Ben stpped crying! Yu made him feel better.”) .
Anther way t encurage healthy scial interactin is by encuraging kids t use wrds-nt fists-t express hw they feel. It’s als imprtant t be mindful f hw yur child’s persnality affects playtime. Kids are easy t get angry when they’re sleepy r hungry, s schedule playtime when they’re refreshed.
    32. What des it indicate when tddlers cpy their playmates’ behavir?
    A. They are fnd f their playmates.B. They are shy with the strangers.
    C. They are interested in acting.D. They are tired f playing games.
    33. What des the authr suggest parents d fr their kids?

    A. Making cmparisns.B. Explaining cncepts.
    C. Prviding evidence.D. Giving examples.
    35. Which f the fllwing is the best title fr the text?
    A. Hw Children Adapt t ChangesB. Hw Yur Baby Learns t Lve
