A year ag, I started wrking ut with a persnal trainer and the results were bvius. The reflectin in the mirrr was fit and strng, with a narrw waist. On Nvember 8th, a trnad, the mst pwerful in the past 70 years, hit Jersey, causing great damages t the area and leaving the residents in great panic.
