I chse t read The Secret Garden because I saw it in the Macmillan readers’ catalgue(目录) and it impressed me.
The actin takes place in a beautiful huse in England. A little girl, Mary, mves t Yrkshire, England, t live with her uncle Mr. Craven because her parents die f a terrible disease. Days and nights are passing, and the little girl starts t get bred. In this huge huse with beautiful gardens, there isn t anything interesting t d. After a few days Mary hears a strange stry abut a secret garden. Mary feels curius abut that garden and wants t find it. One day when Mary is walking in the gardens, she finds an ld, silver key . Mary thinks that perhaps it is the key t the secret garden. Is it? Yu will find ut if yu read the stry by Frances Hdgsn Burnett.
I enjyed the stry because it has a lt f suspense(悬念).What I didn't like abut the stry is the end, because I expected that it wuld be mre interesting. The part I really liked is where the authr describes the gardens. The descriptin f rses, trees, and the ruins f ld buildings is s amazing that it makes yur imaginatin fly. My favurite character is Mary, because in the end she helps a sick child Clin t smile and t stand n his legs again. The authr did a perfect jb because everything is described with simple wrds and that really helps peple wh read the bk.
In my pinin the bk The Secret Garden is gd with nly ne drawback ——the authr culd have written the end differently. Fr example, after the renvatin (修缮)f the garden Mr. Craven culd have talked abut the days when his wife was alive, because I really wanted t learn smething abut that, but the authr didn' t tell us anything .

Calgary in 1908, he knew he had fund the perfect lcatin. Hwever, Guy didn' t have the mney t put n such a big shw, s he went t wrk lking fr financial supprt. By 1912, he had the backing f the Big Fur, a grup f the mst successful ranchers(大农场主) in Alberta, t start the first Calgary Stampede. It didn' t becme a yearly event until 1919 when Guy was called back t put n the Calgary Stampede again t celebrate the end f Wrld War I.

My father wrked fr The New Yrk Times. He started in the delivery department(部门)and wrked his way up int accunting. In the end,he was required t apply fr his wn accunting jb and frced t retire(退休)early. His experience, wrking fr ne cmpany his entire life, is very rare these days. I believe in the future, even wrking fr just ne cmpany at any given time will be rare.
The present structure f the emplyee-cmpany relatinship is 1-t-1. Yu wrk fr ne cmpany and that cmpany pays yu. In the future the way we wrk and relatinship structures will change. I call this "emplyee sharing"r"wrk sharing".
The idea is similar t "time-sharing". In the same way peple time-share vacatin lcatins, cmpanies will sn emplyee share. This is nt temp(临时雇员)wrk, but cmpanies acquiring(获得)a share f a persn's available(可用的)hurs.Fr instance,if yur cmpany needs a marketer,yu can buy a share f a marketing prfessinal's time during the fllwing week r mnth. These prfessinals will prvide their expert knwledge and fcus in that time paid.
The key is t grup all f these prfessinals in ne place, a website, where a cmpany can g and lk fr experts wh have time available. Yu als get experts frm arund the wrld, s if yu need a salespersn in Milan, yu can time-share with that persn.
Lastly, the key is t make sure there is n cnflict f interest. HR(human resurces) and legal departments must get experienced in this area. The benefit t the prfessinal is wrking fr many cmpanies, experiences, and keeping their interest cntinually energized. The benefit fr the cmpany is yu use and pay fr the skills yu need, when yu need them.

A. It is a ne-t-many relatinship.
B. It is far frm similar t time-sharing .
It will cause cmpetitin amng cmpanies.
D. It is a ppular wrking style in part-time wrking fields.
34.Hw is Paragraph 3 develped?
A. By stating a fact.
B. By giving an example.
C. By making cmparisns.
D. By explaining cause and effect.
35.What des the last paragraph suggest?
A. Wrk sharing may cause big cnflicts.
B. Wrk sharing shuld be set in ne place.
