       your home

Step 1: Free talk

If you are going to have a birthday party, who would you like to invite  to your birthday party?

Step 2: Presentation

2. prepare…for…      为……准备……

    e.g. 我父母将为我准备好新衣服过新年。

           My parents will prepare new clothes for me.

           =My parents will get new clothes ready for me.

    prepare to do sth.    准备做某事

    e.g. 我们正准备去进行一次旅行。

           We are preparing to go on a trip.

            =We are getting ready to go on a trip.

3. plenty of =a lot of / lots of + (C/U) n.  大量，充足

    e.g. 我们每天有大量的家庭作业要做。

           We have plenty of homework to do every day.

            =We have lots of homework to do every day.

    e.g. 我有许多朋友。

           I have plenty of friends.

           =I have a lot of friends.   

4. look forward to (doing) sth. 期待着、盼望着(做)某事

    e.g. 我正期待着去英国旅行。

           I am looking forward to going on a trip to the UK.

    e.g. 我们期待着一个没有家庭作业的周末。

           We look forward to a weekend without homework.
