Laura comes from Canada. She’s going to fly to London to see her grandparents, and it is about ten hours away. Laura walks around the airport and looks at the shops. She doesn’t buy anything but has a nice time.

After an hour she wants to go to the bathroom. She looks for it, but she doesn’t find it. “Where is the bathroom?” she says. She starts asking other people.
