Frests typically take hundreds f years t mature, with fur stages f grwth. "Tiny frests shrten the time thrugh the planting f all fur layers," Walsh explained. The end result is a fast - grwing, native frest in abut 20 years. Over 600 plants frm 43 species will be planted in the tiny frest, the first ne in Oregn.
Walsh was inspired t build a tiny frest after hearing abut this idea, which emerged in Japan and has taken hld in Nrth America. He shared his visin with senirs in his class. She tld Jane that there was a singing cmpetitin fr disabled peple. Mary believed Jane still had a beautiful vice and encuraged her t participate.
