      专题14 投诉信-2026年高考英语写作模板 素材专题讲练(全国通用)题型分析 投诉信是人们在遇到一些不文明现象、所购商品质量差、或对服务不满意等情况下解决问题的一个方法。投诉信一般包括三方面内容。1.表明写作目的,投诉的内容。2.投诉的具体原因3.解决方案、希望得到的结果1. 写作目的:就某一问题(如商品质量、服务质量、环境卫生等)向相关个人或机构进行投诉,并希望得到解决(退款、道歉、改进等)。2. 核心要素: · 问题描述清:客观、准确地描述问题的时间、地点、人物和事件。 · 后果阐述明:说明该问题给你或他人带来的不便、损失或困扰。 · 诉求提出准:明确、合理地提出你的解决方案或补偿要求。 · 语气把握度:语气应坚定、有理有据,但避免使用攻击性或过于情绪化的言辞。思维导图第一段:自我介绍(表明身份)+写信目的(表达投诉)第二段:说明投诉的原因+提出解决方案第三段:结尾希望给予考虑,尽快回复(表达期望)经典三段式模板Paragraph 1: 表明身份 & 开门见山提投诉I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction/ disappointment about/with...
