听懂天气主题歌谣，能提取歌谣中的天气词汇与选择疑问句；听懂全球城市（伦敦、纽约、广州、悉尼）的天气预报，能提取关键信息（城市、天气、建议活动）并完成匹配与填空。
能跟唱天气歌谣，发音准确、节奏清晰；能模仿天气预报格式，用简单英语播报 1-2 个城市的天气，语言表达连贯。
