“Interpersnal cnflict is n the rise, driving increases in anger, anxiety, and general stress, ” says Angus Fletcher, a researcher at the Ohi State University. “We wanted t lk int thse misunderstandings and see hw they culd be reduced. ”
In the study, the team surveyed 1, 261 Americans nline. All the participants read an article abut an imaginary schl with water shrtage. Grup ne read an article that nly gave reasns fr merging (合并) with anther schl that has better water. Grup tw read an article that nly gave reasns fr the schls staying separate and hping fr ther slutins t the prblem. Grup three was the cntrl grup that read bth sets f the arguments.

The team calls this belief IOIA. Fletcher describes it as, “The less ur brain knws, the mre cnfident it is that it knws all it needs t knw. This makes us leap t cnfident cnclusins and decisive judgments, when we miss necessary infrmatin. ”

I'm thrilled t share a fascinating experience with yu! Last Friday, I participated in ur schl's cking cmpetitin and made a traditinal Chinese dish, Kung Pa Chicken, which is knwn fr its spicy flavr.
During the prcess, I immersed myself in the rhythm f chpping, frying and seasning, meticulusly balancing the ingredients t achieve the perfect taste. I fund great pleasure in the cmpetitin. Nt nly was it a self-discvery experience but it als sparked my passin fr cking.

Frm then n, she didn’t just walk t schl; she ran. Her new-fund freedm made her realize hw much she lved mving her legs. She practiced running every day after schl, feeling the wind in her hair and the pwer in her legs.
Then, she was invited t jin her schl’s track team. At first, sme f the ther team members dubted her because f her past illness. But Wilma didn’t care. She trained harder than anyne else. During practice, she fcused n every step, every mvement. Her hard wrk paid ff. In the first race she participated in, she ran s fast that she left thers far behind. As time went by, she became a well-knwn runner in the schl. Her stry inspired nt nly her teammates but als all the students in the schl. They learned that with determinatin and hard wrk, they culd vercme any difficulty.
