一、基数词的用法:1.基数词一般用来表示数量、年龄、年份、时刻、百分数、四则运 算等。 I need five apples.(数量) She is sixteen years ld.(年龄) The machine was invented in 2001.(年份) The train will leave at ne thirty p.m.(时刻) Twenty percent f the students have finished the wrk.(百分数) One and ten is eleven.(四则运算)
2.倍数的表达:一倍nce,两倍twice,三倍及以上用基数+times3.编号既可用序数词,也可用基数词。如: the first lessn = Lessn One 第一课 表房间、住处时常将名词首字母大写:Rm 206 4.表示长宽高等:基数词+单位(meter,ft等)+长/宽/高。如: fur meters high fifteen feet wide 15英尺宽
5.表距离时: (1)数词+单位名词。如: ten kilmeters/miles/meters 10千米/英里/米 (2)数词+名词所有格+方式。如: 2 hurs’ ride 2小时车程 fifteen minutes’ walk 步行15分钟
6.数词+其他名词构成的名词性短语作定语(形容词),名词用单数,使用连字符连接。如: a 12-year-ld by 一个12岁的男孩
7. hundred,thusand,millin 和 billin的用法
具体数字的表达:基数词+hundred/thusand/millin/billin。如:500　five hundred8,000　eight thusand大概数字的表达:hundreds f　数百;成百上千的thusands f　数千;成千上万的millins f　数百万的
二、序数词基本用法1.序数词前面一般有the或物主代词修饰,后面一般接单数名词。如: his thirtieth birthday,the secnd week2.用来表达楼层。如: the first flr3.the+序数词+adj.最高级。如: The Yangtze River is the first lngest river in China.
4.分数由分子基数词,分母序数词,分子大于1,分母用复数。如: ne fifth,tw thirds,…
