The study's researchers linked UPFs t addictin, which includes behavirs like strng cravings（渴望 ） and negative experiences when trying t stp cnsumptin. They analyzed 281 studies frm 36 different cuntries and regins. The findings shwed that 14 percent f adults and 12 percent f children are addicted t ultra-prcessed fds. Usually, natural fds are either high in carbhydrates （碳水化合物） r high in fat, but UPFs can be high in bth, which cntributes t their addictive ptential.
