Usually plite questins are lnger and include mre expressins such as “Culd yu please …?” r “Can I ask …?” It sunds 5. mre plite(plite)t say, “Peter, culd yu please 6. tell(tell)me yur e-mail address?” than “Peter, tell me yur e-mail address.” Smetimes we even need t spend time 7. leading(lead)int a request.
