    M: I have been a keen bicycle rider fr abut nine years. When I began bicycling, I fund the flat rads easy but the hills almst impssible. Surprisingly, nw it’s the ppsite. A lng flat ride can be bth bring and tiring as yu never experience that fantastic feeling f freedm when speeding dwnhill. Years ag, ging uphill left me breathless. Nw I have learned t take hills slwly. When I set ff, I’m full f energy and the first hundred metres are amazing; the next cuple f kilmetres are a bit tiring; but n the whle, the experience is very enjyable. Bicycling is like any ther frm f exercise I have tried as it is never a task but always a pleasure. The physical benefits are bvius but the mental benefits are equally imprtant. When yu are bicycling, yu breathe fresh air, have time t think and can relax.
