Dr. Han and his clleagues argue that the cmplexly cnnected nature f the skeletns(骨骼) makes that unlikely"可知,由于骨骼的复杂性,韩刚博士及其团队认为化石造假是不可能的,故选C。
根据最后一段中的"nt all dinsaurs were enrmus during the Cretaceus perid and that nt all mammals were tiny"(在白垩纪,并不是所有的恐龙都是巨大的,也不是所有的哺乳动物都是微小的)和对化石中捕食画面的描述可以推测,最后一段提这些是为了证明发现结论的合理性,故选C。
Abut 1 in 800,000 children in the US are brn with a severe cnditin called recessive dystrphic epidermlysis bullsa (不良性大疱性表皮松解症RDEB) that makes their skin extremely weak and likely t be trn and blister (长水疱). Smetimes I als get blisters in my eyes and have t keep my eyes clsed, and smetimes I get blisters in my thrat that make it difficult t eat
    13.答案: C

That means their skin can’t prduce the cllagen prteins needed t give it structure and strength.

be based n为固定短语,表示"以……为基础",此处用过去分词短语based n a stre’s sales befre the evening作后置定语,修饰meals,故填based。
