Chinese spacemen are in uter space again! On June 17, the Shenzhu-12 spaceship was successfully sent frm the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu.
The spaceship tk three spacemen int space. It is the first manned task t take place as part f the building f China’s Tiangng space statin.
After entering rbit(轨道), the Shenzhu-12 cmpleted a fast cnnectin with the space statin center mdule(舱) Tianhe, which is nw traveling with the carg ship Tianzhu-2 in lw-Earth rbit hundreds f kilmeters abve the grund.
It didn’t take lng fr the spacemen t reach the space statin. “The trip used t take abut tw days, but this time, it tk nly 6.5 hurs after leaving the earth.” said Ga Xu, ne designer f the Shenzhu-12. This is as lng as a high-speed train trip frm Beijing t Hunan.
