(2022上·江苏南通·七年级统考期末)Zhang Huichun, 65, is a master f making Wuyi Rck Tea. Wuyi Rck Tea is a kind f Olng tea. The tea trees grw n rck cracks (岩缝) in Wuyi Muntain in Fujian. That’s why it gt its name. Wuyi Rck Tea is famus fr its rich smell. There are different kinds. The best is Dahngpa. In 1980, Zhang Huichun learned t make the tea and pened a tea factry.
T his surprise, the skills were very cmplex (复杂的). After 10 years f learning, he culd finally make the tea by himself.
Zhang said there are 13 steps t make it, including drying, shaking and rasting (焙火). The mst difficult fr him was shaking.
