Lindsey Stallwrth, a high schl student frm Alabama, is n her way t a prmising career in palentlgy (古生物学) due t an unexpected discvery n family prperty. Scientists have discvered that tamarin mnkeys use a specific tree resin (树脂) as medicine. In the Brazilian Atlantic Frest, scientists fllwed several grups f them t cllect data. During ne f these daily studies, tamarin mnkeys were bserved rubbing their bdies n the trunk f a tree. At first, researchers thught that they were marking their territry, a cmmn behaviur in this species.
