Starting t run at 60 has certainly turned my life upside dwn. I made a bucket list and managed t tick ff a few things already. And then I started running.
I heard abut a running prgram in Delhi. It targeted wmen wh had never run befre, with the aim f getting nn-runners fit enugh t run 6 kilmeters in 10 weeks.
Despite the painful slwness and my cnstant ut-f-breath state, what emerged frm the early mrning runs was a definite sense f happiness. At the end f a run, I felt better, happier, and energized.
