    In a grundbreaking prject, China First Metallurgical Grup has cmpleted its first verseas waste-t-energy plant in Hani, Vietnam.
    The largest waste incineratin (焚化) pwer plant in Vietnam has nt nly revlutinized waste management in the cuntry but has als invlved the training f lcal wrkers. The plant has addressed the city’s grwing waste prblem by prcessing 4,000 metric tns f urban waste every day, abut 60 percent f the city’s daily waste, the grup said.     The prject was built n the frmer site f Hani's waste treatment center, where the majrity f the city’s waste was previusly buried in landfill. In additin t generating clean energy thrugh incineratin, the plant als prduces envirnmentally friendly bricks frm the residue (残渣). The emitted gases and wastewater are treated t meet Eurpean Unin emissin standards and achieve drinking-water quality.
