In the summer f 1969, six-year-ld Mike Massimin watched wide-eyed n the televisin as Neil Armstrng tk the first step n the mn. He immediately made his mm turn his elephant schl play cstume int that f an astrnaut fr Hallween.

Mammth Cave Natinal Park, in the state f Kentucky, is a unique and histrical natural wnder. It has the wrld’s lngest cave system. There may be anther 600 miles f cave passageways that have yet t be explred. In additin, mre than 200 caves that are discnnected frm the larger system can be fund in the park.

Sleep seems t be cmmn amng animals, but it makes them vulnerable because they lse the ability t respnd quickly t the utside envirnment.
The researchers studied chinstrap penguins in the wild using electrnicephalgram (EEG) mnitring. Micrsleeps were shwn by sleep-related brain activity and eye-clsure. They nticed a slight increase in the depth f sleep at arund nn, when risk f predatin culd be at its lwest.
