Everyne is making the best effrts and smetimes a few kind wrds f encuragement can aid peple realizing that their effrt is nt useless. It happened when I was in the fifth standard in my schl, back when I was a very shy girl.
It happened n the day when there was a drawing cmpetitin at my schl. The theme is given t us all was the fight f “Kargil”. S we all started brainstrming t get sme creative ideas. Research has shwn, hwever, that the time f day yu chse t exercise can affect yur wrkut in varius ways. The best time t wrk ut is whenever yu can. We dn’t all have schedules that allw fr a 90-minute wrkut. If yur nly time f day t exercise is befre wrk, then mrning is best.
