A year ag, I started wrking ut with a persnal trainer and the results were bvius. The reflectin in the mirrr was fit and strng, with a narrw waist. This mnth I'll be celebrating my 74th birthday, but I feel mre like I'm abut t turn 40.In fact, I'm in the best shape f my life. And I'm here t tell yu that it's never t late t make changes. On Nvember 8th, a trnad, the mst pwerful in the past 70 years, hit Jersey, causing great damages t the area and leaving the residents in great panic.
"Suddenly, the windws f the waiting rm explded in and dragged everything inside. My cars have been cmpletely destryed by branches and fences, and my garden is cmpletely gne. Piles f branches are piled ptinally and pavements are cvered with pieces," said Chris Stne at BBC Radi Jersey. The trnad was pwerful and exceptinally rare, caused by a severe thunderstrm that had sent ut intense lightning and huge hailstnes described as "ice bmbs".
