Hwever, the “deep-level” factrs have a bigger influence (影响)n reaching the gal, such as the abilities, ideas, and feelings f the members. But if a team's gal is t finish the wrk quickly, different ideas might be less imprtant. If a team member thinks the prject will nt have a gd result, his feelings culd badly influence the whle grup. Salas als describes useful ways fr imprving teamwrk in their study. “Team building is the best way t train teams,” Salas says. But the results f such prgrams are nt the same.
