    clarify the main cntent f each paragraph by skip reading;
    use scanning strategy t find ut infrmatin abut Kayla’s changes;
    Emtinal bjectives:
    cultivate healthy perspective f beauty
    Raise yur health awareness and develp healthy life habits.

    Students can learn the rganizatin and language features f the wellness bk.

    Intrduce the definitin f wellness bk: A wellness bk is a bk in which a grup f peple exchange idea abut health and fitness.
