    Teaching objectives:

    1. Students will be able to figure out the organization and language features of a page in a wellness book and write a page in a wellness book.
    2. Raise their health awareness and develop healthy life habits.

    1. Analyse the organization and language features of a paper in a wellness book.
    2. Learn how to write a page in a wellness book.

    Teaching procedures:

    Step 1: warming up

    T: Boys and girls, have you noticed that I have changed a lot recently? I mean, do you think I look slimmer?

    Ss:Yes, definitely. You look more beautiful. How can you manage it?

    T: I began to take exercise three months ago. And physical activity does benefit me much.Now I feel more energetic and confident. Today,lets read an article and see how she has changed.

    Step2:Reading for main ideas

    Please find out the topic sentence of each paragraph.(红色部分为学生在各段落找的主题句)
