Some even have difficulty in getting on with their parents. The good news is that there are many ways to deal with such problems. Here are some ways that work for you.

Respect each other. Without respect to each other, no relationship will be a happy one, especially in the face of your parents or teachers. We must value each other’s opinions, listen to each other, disagree without shouting or insults（侮辱）. And remember, your parents have lived longer than you---their experience and knowledge are quite valuable.

Communicate. Communicating is the bridge connecting people and people. Your parents want to know what’s going on in your life. If you keep them in the dark, they won’t know when you will need their help or whether they can trust you. Tell them what you’re going to do, share your thoughts and feelings with them, and ask for their advice about your problems. Communication builds closeness.

Build trust. Trust is your key to freedom. The way to build trust is through honesty and responsibility. Honesty means you don’t lie or cheat. Responsibility means you are believable and worth good judgment. When people trust you, it’s a lot easier for them to say “yes”.

Life is too short and relationship is important! Try your best to get along well with others.

Have you ever taken PE classes with face masks (口罩), running, jumping, throwing? if so, that can be dangerous and risky.

When doing exercise or sports, breathing is faster and harder than at rest. It increases (增加) the risk of passing the disease on. As a result, people are considering having masks on, others may follow suit (跟着做), especially during the outbreak of COVID-19.

We know that exercise leads to faster and harder breaths, a mask makes it harder to take in enough air when you perform at the highest levels. At low to moderate-intensity (中低) exercise, effort will feel a bit harder than normal with a mask, but you still walk comfortably. The challenge appears to be more during heavy exercise, like rugby or football, taking in air at rates (率) of about 40-100 0 litres per minute.

When we do heavy exercise, our muscles (肌肉) produce lactic acid (乳酸), which causes the sense of burning. It is then turned into CO2 and stored. But what happens if the CO2 is stopped by the mask? As you move from moderate to heavy exercise, you may be re-breathing CO2. It can be bad for your health. There may also be less oxygen in the recycled air. It could be like exercising at highland. So it is important we get a better understanding of the limits (限定) of heavy exercise with masks.
