Anger is a common and healthy human emotion, but when it gets out of control, it can cause problems: problems at work, in your personal relationships and in your family life. Everybody gets angry sometimes. Although being angry is a familiar 36 , what you do when you feel angry is important. This is difficult for kids and even for adults, too.
These ideas may make you 37 and help solve the problem which is troubling you. First, exercise can be good for people who are trying to get their tempers under control because it’s a 38 of releasing energy and stress. For example, you will feel good to dance around your room to your favourite music!
Second, get into the 39 of saying how you’re feeling and why. If you are having trouble with your temper, talk with your parents or friends and tell them what you are trying to do. Words help you show your
feelings and receive understanding from others.
A. even B. unexpected C. while D. increase E. influence
Third, breathe deeply and repeat a calm word or phrase slowly, such as relaxing or taking it easy to yourself
40 breathing. Besides, you’d better think of people and things you are thankful for because you can’t be truly angry and thankful at the same time.
Anger is never an excuse to give up your work or 41 the people around you. Remember: life will always be filled with pain, frustration and some other 42 actions.
