    GOING POSITTVE I always wanted t lk like the slim girls n TV even thugh I knew that it was impssible. I wrried abut my weight and tried every new diet I read abut nline. I tried n-fat, lw-fat, 5:2, nly bananas, n bananas— I almst went bananas, t.

    Part 1: The starter
    What is starter part mainly abut?
    Tips: In the starter, yu shuld state yur tpic and situatin.
    Then I read an article that said instead f asking"Am l fat?"I shuld be asking"Am I fit?" I had n idea a letter culd make such a difference! Once I started thinking abut finess rather than weight, things began t change. Instead f saying "I want t lse three kils, I wuld say "I want t run tw kilmetres in eight minutes" r “I want t be able t d 30 push-ups”. Rather than cutting ut the fds I enjyed I added healthy fds t my meals I culd still have a burger nw and then, but I wuld add a salad r an apple.
    Part 2: change & reasn
    What led t the change?Hw did she change?

    Hw the change have imprved yur life?
    Finally I stpped cmparing myself with actresses and mdels and lking fr things that were wrng with my face r bdy. Instead, I made a list f the things I liked abut myself. By being psitve abut myself and my bdy, I became bth happier and healthier.
    Tips: In this part, yu can talk abut the final results yur changes have brught yu.

    Having an exercise partner makes jgging mre enjyable I knw hw hugely imprtant exercise is t ur general wellness. S I used t d sme jgging every day. Hwever, I fund such exercise became bring gradually and even a chre. I ws nt as enthusiastic as befre. I nce wanted t give up. Then I felt it necessary t find a way t make exercise mre enjyable again.
    Part 2: The reasn & changes
    T give up halfway is never what I want. I turned t ne f my best friends and he recmmended that I find an exercise partner. I fllwed his suggestin and managed t have my classmate Jim as my exercise partner because he wanted t lse weight. Instead f running alne, I began t d the jgging with Jim. We encuraged each ther rather than felt lnely. We smetimes cmpeted with each ther, which made the wrkut mre fun.
    Part 3: The results
    Having an exercise partner makes a huge difference t the verall experience, s it is cmpletely wrthwhile. The mst bvius benefit is that it makes the whle experience mre fun. Exercising with Jim made the wrkut that I almst gave up mre enjyable. We bth enjyed a little cmpetitin, which helped t make it mre fun t.
