In London, the traffic is very heavy. Sometimes a journey（行程）of a few kilometers can take more than an hour. So what’s the best way to get across London? For a very short journey, it’s a good idea to walk. But what will happen when you want to go further?

Early rising is good for us in many ways.

First, it is healthy for the mind and the body. We can do morning exercises to keep us healthy. It's also good to take a walk along the street. Second, carly rising helps us with studies.
