We recycle rubbish, so why not language? Recycling language means using vocabulary that you have learned before again and again. However, unlike rubbish that piles up（堆积）in our environment, if we do not recycle language, we simply forget it. So how do you recycle language? There're basically three ways to do it.
The first is through reading. Go back to your favorite articles and read them once more. Just reread them and do not worry about each vocabulary item. If there are some words that you are not sure about make a guess and you will probably guess right.
The second way to recycle is through writing. Look at some of your favorite articles and write either a short paragraph or a few sentences in your own words. After you have done this a few times, go back and read through what you have written, checking vocabulary functions. Don't worry if you have made mistakes. You should learn from mistakes.
The third way to recycle language is by having a chat with yourself about your favorite articles at home. You can pretend (假装) there is someone with you who speaks English and tell him what you are thinking about or how you feel.

Do you feel like mosquitoes single you out in a crowd? Do you think your blood must be extra（特别地） tasty because you're the one who always gets bitten when no one else does? It turns out that mosquitoes do have preferences, but it isn't tasty blood that attracts them to their target (目标). It's all about how easy a person is to find. Mosquito researcher Susan Paskewitz explains that "the main things are how you smell and how warm you are."
Two scents that are especially attractive to mosquitoes are carbon dioxide and lactic acid（乳酸）. Both of these chemicals are produced when you breathe or sweat（流汗）. So, when you exercise, mosquitoes may catch your smells and fly after you. That's because exercising causes your muscles to build up lactic acid. Also, your sweat sends out carbon dioxide and your body temperature increases. But not everyone produces carbon dioxide and lactic acid at the same level. Some people produce higher levels, so they are more likely to attract mosquitoes.
Even your sense of style can affect whether or not you get bitten. Mosquitoes use color to decide where to land, and they prefer dark colors. Wearing a black or dark blue T-shin is a good way to turn yourself into a large target for mosquitoes. Wear white, and they might fly right by.

The world is a greener place today than it was 20 years ago. How does this happen'? Well, it appears China is leading the change. The tine-planting programs in China have made huge contributions to the global greening.
Taking a bus or subway, making payments online, or just walking – these daily activities can help turn China’s deserts into forests if you are using Ant Forest. It was launched by Ant Financial Service Group.
Ant Forest is a feature (功能) in the Alipay mobile payment app. It records users’ low-carbon activities – taking a bus to work instead of driving, for example – and gives users “green energy”. When the user’s green energy gets high enough, Ant Forest and its partners will plant a real tree for the user.
Ant Forest recently received the 2019 Champions of the Earth award, the UN’s highest environmental honor (荣誉), for encouraging people to live greener lifestyles and protect the environment.
About half a billion people have used Ant Forest since it came out in August 2016. Ant Forest and its partners have planted about 122 million trees in China’s driest areas, including parts of Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai and Shanxi. The trees cover a total area of 112,000 hectares (公顷). This makes Ant Forest China’s largest tree-planting project started by a private (私营的) company. Ant Forest shows us how we use technology to solve environment problems.
This is only part of China's efforts to make Earth greener. In 1978, China began began a national-level forestation project - “Great Green Wall”.  The program has seen trees planted in 13 provinces of northern China to act as windbreaks.
