We began pushing them back t the shre, but the waves were getting strnger. Each time we tried t direct ur bdybards twards the shre, the current wuld drag us back a few feet. Althugh tired frm struggling against the waves, we knew that time was tight, s we pushed with ur full strength. At this mment, sme small bats drew near. The lifeguards had finally arrived. We helped the bys nt the bats and headed t the beach where an ambulance was waiting. We left just in time befre water began t fld the beach.

Eddie Huang is an American chef, authr, TV prducer and lawyer. He was brn n March 1st, 1982, in Washingtn D.C. He was then raised in Silver Spring with his brther Evan Huang. The Huangs then mved t Orland, where Eddie’s father managed a successful grup f steak and seafd restaurants. In 2004, Eddie received a cllege degree in English and Film. He als gt a law degree at Yeshiva University in 2008. A year later, Eddie pened his first restaurant in New Yrk. When asked abut his decisin t get int the fd business, Eddie said that he had been inspired by his father. He learned cking frm his mther but als tk inspiratin frm ther famus chefs. As his restaurant gt ppular, several TV statins reached him and wanted him t make his wn fd shw. He tk this pprtunity and created Huang’s Wrld, a fd and travel shw with a special fcus n culture. In early 2013, he published his bk Fresh Off the Bat: A Memir, in which he wrte abut his experience f grwing up in America.
